We don't have a specific warranty here at Elkwood, as we believe in taking care of our customers. In general, we warranty all craftsmanship, which covers all prints, cuts, and wood. If either the print or wood excessively warps, splinters, or splits, these are things we have no problem repairing or replacing for free. 
We don't warranty normal wear and tear, however. Normal wear and tear includes mild warping, water damage, or any other damage that happens during installation, from contact with other chemicals, products or materials, or careless handling. If you think you have an abnormal case of the material failing far sooner than it should, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@Elkwood.co, and we will work with you the best we can.


Your privacy is important to us. We do not collect personally identifiable information about you on this site without your knowledge, and all such information is collected directly from you. We may utilize your email address to send communications to you, but you may opt out at any time. If there are any questions you have that aren’t covered here, please email us at info@Elkwood.co and we’ll reply to your inquiry as soon as possible.

Elkwood will gladly accept returns for exchange within 14 days of delivery for store credit only, minus the cost of shipping. 

Items purchased on sale or at a discount are not subject to return for exchange.

However, If you feel that the condition of your item does not match what the listing stated, please email us at info@Elkwood.co for our consideration.
How to make a Return for Exchange:
1.  You may Exchange any item if you are not satisfied; Exchanges can be made for any item with a defect. If your item has a defect, we will happily pay your return shipping. If a customer elects an exchange, the customer must pay for the cost of shipping.
2.  Please contact us about any Returns or Exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your item.
3.  Returned and Exchanged items must be in new condition and unused.
4.  Please contact us to request a Return Authorization via email at info@elkwood.co.  All Returns and Exchanges must be approved beforehand. Once we have approved your return, we will send you further instructions.
After your return or Exchange is processed, you will be sent an exchanged item / issued a credit for the value of the item.  Items shipped to us without an exchange authorization will be shipped back to you. Please help us help you!
Please note: Elkwood cannot assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Elkwood. 

We stand by our products, and we’ll address any issues that may come up during their lives. If your Elkwood item has a defect, please email us at info@Elkwood.co and we will send you further instructions.
